Johor Healthcare & Research announced that the company is finalising a $6.8 million investment in the erectile dysfunction treatment Cialis, the world’s first generic version of Viagra.
“We’re very pleased to be bringing Cialis to our global sales force. We are confident that we have a long-term solution for erectile dysfunction,” said Dr. Emily Thompson, Chief Medical Officer at JH&R, in a press release.

“I’ve had many patients tell me that they have had an erection that lasted so long that they couldn’t get out of bed, and I have had a couple of patients tell me that they can’t get out of bed. I’ve had a couple of patients tell me that they can’t get out of bed because they’re so tired that they’re going to have sex. And they’re just so worried about what’s going to happen,” Stearns said.
